Quick, Easy, & Affordable

Hey Everyone!

I’ve been living on my own for about 6 months now, in this time I’ve had to crack down on actually grocery shopping and cooking for myself. Here is a super simple and delicious soup my mom recommended for me to make for meal preps. Follow along with my video to see how it’s made! Also, ingredients and directions listed below. 


  • 1 pack of Ground Beef (or Turkey)
  • 1 can of Diced Tomatoes 
  • 1 can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can of Water
  • 1 can of Corn
  • 1 can of Garbonzo Beans
  • 1 can of Black Beans
  • 1 can of Kidney Beans
  • 1 jar of Chunky Salsa
  • 1 pack of Taco Seasoning mix
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Sour Cream


  1. Brown your meat
  2. Remove oil from meat and add meat to crockpot
  3. Add Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Corn, Beans, Water,  Salsa, and Taco Mix to crockpot
  4. Stir ingredients 
  5. Turn crockpot on low for 8 hours
  6. Serve soup and add Tortilla chips and Sour Cream on top
  7. Enjoy!
