Welcome to 2020

Going into this new year I want to make a change. Every year I set up resolutions and never follow through with them. Going into the New Year I want to promise myself that all my goals need to be the main priority and achieved by 2021. Every month of 2020 I’m going to post an update on what I’ve done and if I’ve done any of my goals. 

Jade’s 2020 Goals:

◆ I’m hoping to volunteer with different organizations once or twice a month.

◆ Be more confident in my self, not let how other people view me affect how I view myself.

◆ Go to the gym at least 1-3 times a week.

◆ On weekdays meal prep every meal, which will help me spend less on fast food and have a healthier body.

◆ Focus on being more open and talking through conflicts in my relationship. Building a stronger bond and show him his feelings are valid and fill his cup on the daily.

◆ Keep on budget planning and not stress about living paycheck to paycheck.

◆ I want to read 1-2 books monthly, as well as join / or start a book club.

    These are awesome goals! I hope to get more rest to keep my brain working and my emotions under control, even during stressful times.

    I love these!! Im with you on the gym and meal prepping! Let’s do this! Remember if you don’t reach a weekly goal, don’t give up. Keep on working on it.

    Happy New Year! Love your goals. My biggest goal for 2020 is to grow in Christ. Be more intentional and study the bible more on the daily.
